For your convenience, you may place your
order online via our SSL secure online shopping
cart. We also accept fax or mail orders.
Within 24 hours (except on weekends and
holidays) of receiving your order we will
email an order confirmation, listing each
item ordered, unit prices, and the total
$ amount of your order. We will also quote
extra shipping charges where applicable.
Any order subsequently cancelled and/or
refused delivery by you for whatever reason
is subject to a restocking fee and shipping
charges as specified below under Returns
To avoid returns we suggest you ask about
any product you are unsure of and their
warranties before you order. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the product to us within 10 days
from purchase for an exchange, merchandise
credit or refund (not including shipping
& handling charges), subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Return to us prepaid with
all returned products must be 100% complete
in original packaging and in resalable condition,
with all packaging, software, manuals, cables,
components, blank warranty cards (not filled-out)
and other accessories and documentation
We cannot accept returns of products once
they have been opened, used, tested condition,
before opening each product please check
its packaging and label carefully to be
sure you received the correct product. Regarding
orders where marineandkoi.com has paid for
shipping and handling charges, shipping
and handling charges are defined to be 10%
of order totals.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
Sale items and specials, special orders,
pond liners, underlayment, tubing, water
additives, conditioners, pond treatment
and chemicals of any kind, fish food and
medications, plant food, and books.
Authorization (RA) number: All products
returned to us must be accompanied by a
valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued
by us within 30 days of your original invoice
date. After 30 days from purchase we can
no longer issue an RA and will refer you
to the manufacturer for warranty service.
RA’s valid in 20 days after they are
issued and cannot be extended or re-issued.
Your returned item will be inspected prior
to any refund. Shipping charges will not
be refunded unless the item is defective.
Be sure the RA number is clearly marked
on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete
or unauthorized returns will be refused.
We cannot be responsible for items damaged
or lost in transit. On items where shipping
and handling is not billed or is free, shipping
and handling charges will be approximated
to 10% of the regular retail price of merchandise.
Please carefully pack your returned items
and ship them via UPS, FEDEX or USPS or
any other track able method. The customer
is responsible for shipping charges and
insurance on all return shipments. If packages
need to be returned to us, please contact
us for an RA number and return shipping
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please
contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All
damage claims must be filed with your carrier.
Orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or
rejected due to shipping delays unless express
service was requested at the time of ordering.
If a package is damaged the customer will
file the claim with the carrier. Please
call or e-mail for assistance to return
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after
the orders have been shipped. Refused orders
are subject to an automatic 25% restocking
fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot
be cancelled or refused due to delay in
shipping or order processing.
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed
on backorder and shipped as soon as they
become available. We will, however, notify
you of any significant delays.
All trademarks, services marks, trade names,

any shipment from a courier or trucking

boxes and check the contents immediately
in the presence of the carrier's agent (UPS
driver, truck driver, etc.) and report any
discrepancies or damages (i.e. crushed box
or contents, missing parts) to the driver/carrier
at that time by filling out a damage report
on their bill of lading. It is the customer's
responsibility to carefully inspect the
goods before signing for them and initiate
a claim with the shipper if a problem exists.
This is especially important for pond liners.
We cannot file a damage claim on your behalf.
Please inspect your shipment before signing
for it. When signing for receipt of goods,
please add the phrase "not for hidden
damage" to the shipping receipt.
2. Let us know about the problem so we can
work with you and assist with whatever action
needs to be taken.
3. Please note that, after the shipment
has been received and signed for by you,
it is virtually impossible to initiate a
damage claim. We will work with you as much
as we can but, since there is no proof where
and when the damage occurred, all damages
discovered at a later date are ultimately
